We got bottled dipping sauces and they were only mediocre. Usually that is my favorite part so I was a little disappointed. Next time we might try to make our own.

Shabu Shabu
My friend Heidi lent us her hotpot (fondue pot, actually) and yesterday we got ingredients to make Shabu Shabu from Nijiya market.
We got bottled dipping sauces and they were only mediocre. Usually that is my favorite part so I was a little disappointed. Next time we might try to make our own.
